Ridiculous. Tried to acquire twitch prime loot for apex. Attempt to do so with old ea account. After my first attempt telling me the account expired. I made a new one. Long behold I’m now caught in this seemingly gravitational dilemma which EA refuses to acknowledge and change.

I want to log onto the FUT 20 Web App but it says Nintendo Switch is not supported, switch persona. I want to log on to my Xbox One account instead. When I go to https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index my Nintendo Switch account is not even listed, how can I switch between accounts?

I too have the exact same problem. It wont let me switch to my xbox one account. I have never used the switch account with a web app. (I set up a FUT account at christmas time and i never really played it on the switch) It doesnt appear on my list of accounts on the index page as well. Im still playing on the xbox one and using the companion app with fifa 19.......
