I wanna make a game with EA’s help

I hoping to make a game with EA’s help as I have already been working on the storyline and just jotting down some ideas for features of the game

and was hoping to work with a mutual relationship with EA in development 

the idea was to ask for only two things from EA to help me out with making this game a reality $11000 to get a dream pc of my own design to help with playing out the test builds and a royalty fee for when the game is finished of 10-15% and everything else from the game would go to Ea 

also to get EA’s help with development as I cannot code so was hoping to Work with EA’s development team

if you guys could respond as soon as possible it would be much appreciated

BTW I am a Aussie so in reality for the $11000 it’s more like $7500 to the USA dollar

Just a story and some ideas for game features, that you don't even know how to program?
