I still have access to my games after active ban

hi there 
i just wanted ti know that why my purchased games are still showing in my ea play library after i got active ban. i mean they are still downloadable like battlefield 2042. The point is that can i play them and log in to those games? i already installed one but it says unable to connect to the ea servers. So im confused if it is for that ban case or my bad connection.

If you've received notice of an account ban, that would prevent you from playing or connecting to any games on your account.

If you believe the ban was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to appeal that with our Terms of Service team using the following steps:
