I refuse to play ea games now [ Edited ]

How do I file a formal complaint with ea or speak to someone who will actually listen to the PLAYERS issues with there games,I'm not some 10 year old getting mad at the game cause I suck.ive been playing ea games for atleast 20 years now so I'm no newb.i would like to see some action ea.care about us the players and your own company and it's name and reputation,not your pockets.how do I file a formal complaint

Hi @Jjones0688 I believe that EA Help would be the people to address a complaint to. They should take the details and either look for a resolution themselves or pass it on to the relevant team.

You mat have also tried this, but it may be worth posting on the forum relating to the game you're having an issue with. There may be other users who have experienced the problem in the past and can offer advice to try fixing the problem.
