dont delete this email or whatever this counts as i need freakin help i got hacked and u guys dont do some about it why dont you guys help this is the 3 one im sending help me iii goot hacked all of my passwords emails etc have changed HELP ME what dont you guys get ?!?!

Hi @keynikh This isn't really something we can help with here as nobody can access your account to make any changes. However, EA Help can assist you with this and you can reach them through help.ea.com. This will let you open a case and there may even be a live chat option you can use.

Hi @keynikh, 

We're limited in how we can help from Answers HQ but I'll do my best to guide you through resecuring your EA account.

Let's see, there may be some steps you could try on your side of things. Let's see, you may be able to log in to the EA account using a connected account like a PlayStation or Xbox (see here) and the update your EA Account information from there and if you're concerned someone's hacked your account, once inside the account please go through resetting these security steps asap! Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook). 

That should help you reset your security settings and recover the account.
