I'm trying to change my username to my name, prohibited

I'm trying to change my EA username to ColeRicketts - my actual name - and it's not allowing this to go through as it contains a 'prohibited term'. I've just spoken to EA support and they said to contact the forum, can you shed any light on why this error appears?

Hey @StealthyDart254 if a username is not accepted for any reason then you will need to choose a different one. We can't help you get around any username restrictions.
