I can't receive any email for verification when I ask for it.

I'm trying to login on my browser/app and it asks to check the verification code on my email, but even after waiting for some time the emails never arrive.

I tried changing my email aswell, adding a phone number, changing my password, but all of these options ask for the email verification which says that it's sent to me, but I never receive. I want to change my email adress linked to the account to try and solve the problem but even for that it asks for the email verification.

I've checked the spam box and my junk folder. Nothing.

Please help me.

Did you also check any Promotions, Social or Focused, tabs? If so and you still don't find the email, open a case with an advisor so they can help with this. That can be done here. Thanks!

Yes, I did check every tab of my email.

I don't know how to open a case tho...
