I lost my phone and I can’t access my fifa email or my back up code how do I sign my fifa account

As mentioned by @Pakora09, if you no longer have access to the email registered on your account, you'll want to get in touch with our support team directly so they can help get that information updated.

You can create a case here to get started speaking with our support team. They'll need to work with you to verify some other information about the account, but should be able to help make the necessary changes after that point.
