I just upgraded form Origion to EA

Hi I just upgraded form Origin to EA and none of my downloads work?  Error message :  Your game failed to launch   -  "an Error on our end caused your launch to fail."  What is going on

Hey @GJC1960 are you running the EA app as administrator and have nothing blocking it on your system?

I'm not the OP but I have the same problem with one of my games.  The answer to you inquiry is yes as administrator.  Sent a tech support request which they promptly decided not to bother with a day.
