I have waited for more than a week to get an update on my EA Help case

Hey guys,

My account was locked for some reason for a week ago, and while i have made three cases to EA Help. They just ask me for a PSN ID or email and then seemingly just disappear. My case has been "in progress" for a week now without any update. Is anyone else having this terrible experience. I just bought the new EAFC25, and was very hopeful in getting to play sometime within the next year. But that seems like a huge obstacle.
