I got banned because of my ignorance

2 days ago i was playing Apex casually, then about an hour later, i got banned, the error shows before i get into the select legends and then going back to lobby, i knew my fault was because i'm abusing the ranked match, and i didn't know that the trick can get me banned from the game, i knew it after i browsed on the internet for what reason i got banned, there's no one notice me before, no emails, no upcoming news on apex game about the RP glitch, i'm using it because my friends told me that it's okay to do it, no rules about that they said, then i'm using it but not too much, i'm using it just about last week of my game, only for 3 or 4 days but not a full day, from platinum 4 to 3 sometimes i used it but not so much, about 5 or 6 times, but from platinum 2 to diamond i used it even more rerely often, sometimes i got RP loss and get play back, maybe if it counts i'm just using it about 10 - 15 times totally, i knew it was my fault but i don't even know the updates for abusing RP, the thing that maybe they detect me using too much glitch is because i'm playing on my laptop and sometimes got freezed while playing or before the jump, the only thing that i can do is restarting my laptop, sometimes got lucky if i can end task my apex.

I've been contacting the ToS teams, yesterday i got the emails from them, the first one said they temporarily banned me for 21 days, it's okay, i accepted it, the second email said the same, the third emails said i got 14 days banned, i feel so grateful for this because the punishment has been reduced, an hour ago, they sent me an email again and said that they permanently banned me, it frustating me, makes me so break, because i really loved this game since season 1, i've spent many hours and money on this account, and now i got permanently banned from my own beloved games, i've been reading the forum that some people got the same problem with me, they using the abuse for many times like 25 to 100 times and just got 21 days banned, not the permanent, so i don't even know which one the truth emails that i got, the second one ? the third ? or the last one ?

I begged so much to them to reduce my punishment, but got no answer untill now, i don't even know about the abusing rules before...

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team for any questions that you may have.

1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
