I know right? It's so annoying! I'm quite sure I just filled in the right awnser but there's so many versions of "this awnser" that I can't remember what I did. I tried all of them but they're all wrong anyway ~

Sorry but, this is not a solution. People outside of the regions have to pay to make a simple change to their account. Every other platform like this will allow us to get an email to reset a security question. Like c'mon EA get with the program now one wants to call you from outside those regions, especially since we know you're going to make us wait on hold for hours.

We could send you an email - but if you don't know the answer to the security question, how do we know it is you? The reason that we have limited availability for account security changes is for your own security.
There are workarounds available such as in the video provided by @Mozhumss - while we still prefer players to reach out to support, we allow these workarounds because in order to use them, players would already need to have full access to all information or devices linked to the account.
