Should you do not have access to your account at all anymore, just create a new Origin account and use that account in order to get in touch with an EA Game advisor.

How do we Change it if we forgot our password

I got a mad idea, this might work. Instead of being **bleep** dicks just make it more user friendly I am in this situation because of your fuckery. All I wanted to do is sign out of my origin on fifa 14 ps4 because that account is no longer active. I had to make a new one because I forgot the password and that email was no longer in us. Here comes the exciting bit.

I was unable to delete the account I don't use. Now on my new account I forgot my answer because you **bleep** decided to make Answer four letters or more words. My dogs name is Jay would have been so simple. If I could hit forgot answer then maybe I could fix it.

Even better if I was able to log out on fifa 14 on my ps4 maybe most of us wouldn't be cursing you. I suggest a good company move will be to use that thing between your ears. I hope I am not asking too much.

how do you get help on the secret /security question?  I did a google search and all I came up with is this. I read the forum here and I clicked the links but none of them help, can't you be more detailed in your answers? I see the admins are saying "Here is how to use help." and "Here is help." But I am using them but they don't offer help in my secret question! Where is help for the secret question? I am lost. Can any one walk me through it? my issue is with the secret question, nothing else.

I'm assuming that you know your password and have access to the registered email-address:

1. http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

2. Select Origin as a product, Next

3. Select Platform, Next

4. Select Account management, describe the issue, Next

5. You'll now probably be asked to call the hotline (not sure about countries without local support)

6. Have Origin and your registered email-account inbox open before calling

7. They'll send you a code to your registered email-address and ask you to confirm it

8. They'll then set a new security question that you can set

Go on to your console you play it on. I found a cheap way to get to it:

Get the Fifa 15 Companion App.

Keep failing at it until it says your account is locked.

Sign on to your console that you play on and change the security question.

I am from India too. I forgot my security question's answer too. Tried contacting EA's customer care... but nothing came up.. waited too long... at various times, day and night.... please just do something about this. I already know my password, I remember all my details and all, so why this security question? Can't you just send a link to my mail if I want to change my mail ID or password like what others do?? Very bad.
