Okay, this is really weird system politic. I am developer and i just can't image that EA games has such a bad way of authorization. Anyway ... i called outside UK to UK just to reach some information and this system told me my estimation time is between 50 and 55 minutes? You guys really have to update your way of treating users. This is just ridiculous for a giant like EA.
Make something like letting the user adding his phone number and then send some SMS with some code or something if u want so much security. But this "Security question" is very bad idea for a lot of reasons.
And now there isn't any possible way of me changing my profile settings? Because i do not remember what answer i gave, cool!

I do understand that you are frustrated.
The security question is however in place for your protection - if you cannot change your current information then a hacker can't do it either. Do note that knowing the answer to your security question is your own responsibility; it is about the safety of your account so do treat that with care.
I am also sorry to hear about the long waiting times - that isn't always the case with us. I would recommend to try calling us again during off-peak hours.

So okay lets say that is EA games way of authorization, but this is a company spread all over the world. You don't have good support system and as i see not enough people to handle the requests. Then why you guys have to make it so hard for both sides? What does it mean call another time? Dude, what if your TV or Internet stops and u call and the answer is wait 50 minutes or call another day?
PS: The funny thing is i can change my password without this question, but i can't change a simple thing like my "name".

You make a fair point that it can serve as a nuisance to players that are in a region that currently doesn't have a dedicated support channel. We are looking into making EA Help better available to such regions, but this takes time.
So while I understand the difficulty that you are facing, the fact remains that the same security is in place for players from all regions. Having less security in a specific region could in turn compromise other regions.
We do also have a chat option available which you should be able to get if you set EA Help to US or UK. Once again, I am sorry for the troubles and I hope that you will be able to get this sorted soon - I sadly won't be able to help you myself via the forum.

Thanks for the support but i don't see anywhere how to select this CHAT function? Again very low assessment from me for your architecture of the website and support. I have only "Call Me" button and i can't select any of the other options you are saying you have. Still if it is any available option like this, should it be more easier to find it? Please, guide me throw this EA Web Site experience.
PS: This is getting irritating. I just want to have a regular name, not 754777 like a prisoner.
