Why do I have to call support and spend MONEY to get my security question reset because I got hacked? This is insane, none of this is my fault and I have to pay for it to get fixed, not happening. When you guys stop being silly and you decide to help me out by email, please contact me.

Well some people have had thier account since you were a kid and have no * idea of what it is AKA me. have no freaking idea what to do. and this system is just dumb honestly

you dont respond to us on the support page. its unfortunate that your company has so little integrity, and it would seem that the only thing you excel at is shutting out your customer base. really unless some sort of change is implemented i really dont see a future for this company. not that it matters but supporting ea isnt worth my time or money so farewell to you
