What about Slovenija? We have nothing... My email is not active anymore so what can i do? Can you just change it?

@radiumSI Slovenia does not have a dedicated line available.

The contact options you get depend on the what choice you make on the 'Select Topics' page. Just select 'Game Info' and 'Availability', type in the description of your issue and you should get a Live Chat option.

Advisors should be able to resolve the issue via chat.

Hi, I got the same problem in Germany, forgot the answer to my security question but got my password..

Waiting for hours for someone to open a live chat for two days now, nothing ever happens.

Browser is Chrome, does it work with chrome?

@awe300 If you change they country to Germany in top right hand corner of Help.EA.com are you able to schedule a call back?

Some hacker change my security question in Russian (I don't even know Russian), therefore I don't know the answer, there's huge chance that person know my password and email but not my email password, but then I cant even change my origin password because its behind my own security question which are not created by myself so I just play along until now haha, perhaps makes some fallback security into email? since, even if I did create my own security question, I guess everybody could have an answer to it since most of my personal information are there on facebook for everybody to see, unless I use Russian letter and made up the question and the answer haha
