Same thing, it’s funny to say EA Play is include to Xbox Game Pass if I can’t play to EA Games. Xbox or EA need to doing somethings and like a people say upper, between Xbox and EA Games I choose Xbox cause I have buying lot of game on my account and I have all my past of gamer with my achievement.

I just ran into this issue. This is insane. They are literally turning away people because they haven't given a thought about what happens when someone doesn't have access to an old EA account. Y'all are literally turning away game sales and creating people with bitter attitudes towards your company.

Is this still unresolved? I also have been fighting this issue for years. Cant play a single EA game online because my Xbox account is linked to an old EA account that I cannot access because the email address hasn't been in service for at least 8 years. Have gone through the chat process 4 times, never helps because I can't verify everything from 8 years ago...I have no idea what my old card payment info was 8 years ago! Absolute trash customer service.

Same here, tried many times now over several months.. Think I'm going to finally give up, not going to support EA any more if they can't get this simple problem together that has been evidently going on for years now... Bye...

Same here, that's just ridiculous. Haven't played online in 5+ years, tried to log in only to realize an email address from an email provider that doesn't exist anymore is linked to my xbox live account and the account is unrecoverable. Goodbye EA, not gonna waste the little time I have to play games with this bs ...

And this issue is still occurring, support representatives are useless. There's enough feedback all over the internet for them to properly look into it

“Verify you own the account” I have been using the same xbox account for over 10 years. But y’all have a security breach and want everyone to do your job all of a sudden. I can send photo ID, I can show ownership of the linked xbox account. What I can’t do is tell you my parents credit card numbers from 10 years ago. Or address. Im sure I lied about my age as well so there is no telling what year I put. In all the years I haven’t been given an option to update my email, yet some how days before yall (apex) are telling me I have to reset my password, which hasn’t been done for a while. It just makes no sense. All I want to do is play apex. Y’all need another way of looking at this cause all the info y’all want is redundant..
