I can't login to EA

Hi everyone, can you please tell me If this is a Ban or just a security Lock, because when i try to log in it says I broke some rules and it's really frustrating because i'm 100% sure i never broke any rules I uploaded a picture of the email I received from EA, I hope you check it please and thank you in advance I
