I can't get

I can't get get origins to open at all.

I've tried as many things as I've come across including: reseting origin, uninstalling and reinstalling.  I'm not sure what else to do.  If you look at the screen shot I can't even log in.  I can log into the EA website just fine to see my games etc but when I click to play a game and open on origins I get a white log in screen.

@c8t_lyn093  Do you have any proxies enabled?  That can cause the blank login screen too.  Here's how to disable proxies:
