I can't access the live chat, their seems to be an error?

I can't get access to my old EA account because I don't have access to the email account that the account is linked to. HELP! I can't access the live chat either

I'm not sure why that's happening for you either. I can recommend some troubleshooting steps that may help. Could you give this a go please?

• If you are on mobile, switch to PC to submit the ticket or vice versa
• Clear the browsers cache and cookies, fully close all browser windows and then try again
• Test it off of a different search engine (so if you're on Google Chrome, try Firefox to see if you can submit a ticket that way)
• It's no harm trying a clean boot to see if you see the same issue after either:  https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@EA_Lanna I have followed all the steps and need to speak to someone so when I went onto live chat I can't select what device I'm playing on to then move forward in the chat to speak to someone, i'm not sure if theirs an error? I tried multiple times, closing the browser and starting again

Let's see, could you try these options to see if it helps you send in a case to the Support Team please? 

1. On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
2. Select See all help topics.
3. Select the Manage my account category.
4. Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
5. The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.

To help the Support Team locate and verify your account as quickly as possible, try to have this info ready:

• The original email address on your EA Account
• Any usernames that are tied to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID
• Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app
