I bought Assassin's Creed: Syndicate on 9/24 off of Origin. I follow all steps to download the game, however, a pop up shows up just after I attempt to connect to download, stating Origin is "Unable to link to your Ubisoft account" and "We're sorry, there was a problem linking to your Ubisoft account. Please try again later." For the last six days I have attempted to connect at various times of the day to no success and the "Need help?" option not helping what so ever. I went to the Ubisoft Support page on day three and we have found that all is good on their end, accept that the "key" to the game's activation on their end is valid, just not activated. I have no idea what that means, but I paid money on this game and so far I am not please. Is this an Origin problem or a Me problem and can it be solved so I can play the game I paid for?

Hey @Ra1nb0wF1re
I'm sorry for the late reply!
In this situation, I would suggest contacting our live support as well. Our game advisers should be able to check if the code has been correctly redeemed on Origin account and all required authorisations are in place

Cannot Link my Uplay account.
I just purchased Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and every time I try to download it it asks to connect my uplay account. I know I'm entering my information correctly because origin finds my user name, but comes up with this message. "We're sorry, there was a problem linking to your Ubisoft account. Please try again later." How do I fix this? any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
