I just bought the sims base game and two expansion packs and they are not in my account. When I go to my origin launcher and look in my game library, nothing is there The game codes in the email to redeem the game do not work. When I went to my billing history it shows that I bought the game, and has the same code, but still doesn't work. Is there a way I can make a new account and transfer my game to that account? Or is there another way to get the game?

@ToriBWraps Try clearing Origin's cache (Windows) or running the Origin reset tool (macOS). Sometimes you just need to force Origin to refresh its data.
