How can I activate NfS games bought on Steam?

I want to activate NfS Shift and Undercover bought on Steam, but I can't find the key for the first one and key for Undercover is used. I think the best decision is to contact support, but can't choose the proper theme from the list of problems.

Please help xD

@SDeaniX @b1002e0707956eb0 Some EA games that bought via Steam Store cannot be activated in Origin. If you have a Product Code for the game in Steam, then perhaps this code can be activated in Origin.

I think if I send EA emails of payments they will accept my support ticket.

Didn't work. The support only told me that I can get the EA account related to the games back via phone call. I am not surprised.

I live in Russia and have a phone, but I think it's better just to buy these games again, they are worth it.
