Hijacked account

So i tried to log in my account and i found out it was hijacked by a Russian guy, i managed to change my password but i cant remove his mail "second mail" and i cant edit my data "nickname etc" i am getting to answer my security question but its in Russian and i cant understand what does it say

Can't log in
