Help. Can't log in

Hello.
I have a problem with security code. I were loged in Origin and everything was fine until this morning. I wanted to play Fifa 16 FUT. I got in game message that my FUT account is locked and asked me for security code. As lost my security code I tried to change my Origin password hoping to get new one. Now I can't even log in to my main origin account because keep asking me 6 digit code.
