Have you ever left the game open and turned off the xbox and then couldn't enter fut modes?
Last rivals game, I had to leave match. And I pluged off my xbox. When I go back home, I quick resumed Fifa and I see I'am in same match. Now I can't login any mode of FUT.
Am I in DNF problem ?
I have this problem for 1 week 2 days. I have a ticket about this but the support guys didn't do anything, they just noted it down.
My console is xbox series x and I can't save my squad in any mod FUT. I waited for maintenance mode but still see an update bar and same issue.
Gaming tag Misirov, since March 5th I can't use neither console nor mobile wep companion.
I shared with screenshoots.
I cannot create and save a team, or launch any game.
When I create a team and I put a few players inside, it logs me out of FUT if I move in another menu.
It tells me "There was an error communicating with the fifa ultimate team servers. Please try again later".
When I use the Team Builder or create the whole team without moving to another menu, it shows me the same message but doesn't unlog me.
But if I try to launch a game I get the message "There was an error creating your game session".
If I log out and log in back, the team is not saved.
On the webapp it tells me "an error occurred and your squad was not saved" when I try to create a team.
I tried to rename the team, delete the team, create another team, logging out properly from all devices etc, I have the same issue.
I can still use transfer market or other features.
Please fix my issue because I cannot play any FUT, Battlefield 1 online game any more.
Please help me.
