My account got hacked last year, then consequentially banned and I've spent a few months intermittently trying to fix this issue (hacker replaced my email with theirs). Just a few hours ago I got my email back in place, but my account is still banned and my steam is connected to it, which since I'm banned, means I don't have the capability to unlink it myself nor can the live support team.No reason for the ban is stated.
I've opened 5 or more related cases out of spite, each one ending in an email saying "We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Do not expect further response on this matter." which feels incredibly lazy and downright rude and it was pretty obvious my account was hacked and whatever caused the ban wasn't my error. I also can't delete my account (nor do i think it would unlink my steam, and just cause more issues)
Is there anyone I can email or contact higher up, to report this issue? Because this is just utter bs and no one should have to go through their awful help site as much as I am.
