hi,ive been hacked...like 3days ago ive got virus "trojan" and the attacker changed all my accounts including steam-apex in apex he used all my crafting mats (around 1500) also my apex coins...i have been saving the crafting mats for the new collection event for the wraith skin.well i see i will not have it.is there any way to like give me my things back or return my progress so i would have everything i had before i got hacked?everything from me.

I'm sorry to hear that. If someone's been in your EA account, I would strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps. Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
For any missing content, please get in touch with the EA Help Support team. They take a look and help however they can. Check out this thread for the steps on how to do that: How to contact support

i just found out the guy that was playing on my acc was cheating...i have perma ban plus i lost money because of him.i dont think there is any solution.i wish i could atleast get unbanned.

Oh dear, it's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles ban, they could take a look into it for you to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.

okay i reached to them.i was just wondering as u were saying i might get my things back...i would be happy to have them to the end of this week if its possible.i was saving for the apex event and its happening.i still dont have my things back so i cant get the things i was saving for.so the question is. will have the things by the end of the week or not?thanks.
