I follow the link but I´m stuck in a loop. the links bring me back to this page or my profile. I need someone who can access it and link my Steam account or unlink it from my Steam account.

You need to choose the game and the reason for contacting support. The reason should be "I need help with my hacked account". That will get you contact options for support.
