This would largely depend on which platform you're planning to gift this pack on. Some do offer that option while it's not yet available in other situations.

If you're using the EA app there's not currently a gifting option, so in that situation you may wish to look into gifting an EA Gift Card instead, which the recipient would then use to pick up the pack on their own account.
