Everytime i try to login on my Accounts with my number on it, i get a Too many attempts, retry in a few minutes. It said like that even yesterday, 12 hours have gone and still... Any solutions?

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Clear the browser cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache

Restart your machine and now try again.
