EA title service

★★★★★ Newbie

I appealed five times, but I didn't agree to lift it. They think I violated user agreement 6. First, I didn't receive the red-headed document. Second, I logged in after a busy day before I saw that I had been blocked. I'll try to recharge Battlefield Five in a few days, or you can seal Battlefield Five for me.

@jmqs3 The only way to appeal a ban is to contact EA's TOS team as they are the only people who handle bans. While it sounds like you've already contacted them, I've included a guide below just in case.

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

If you've already contacted them though and they've said that the ban cannot be removed then there isn't anything else you can do.

@ElliotLH Thank you all the same. I have used all the methods I can. Now that he recognizes that I have violated the user agreement, stay away from him. This happened when I recharged him for the first time this month. I had a busy day at the construction site. I didn't expect this result. Is this a fraud?
