@EA_Darko Thank you! I hope to start the sales of FIFA 23 - there will be an opportunity to buy a game in Orijn/EA App. Since at the moment, after a while, nothing has changed

But I see that the game is possible to betray in Steam, this is one of the solutions to the problem, but it is a pity that there is no in EA APP.

@EA_Darko but is it possible to buy games in Origin using VPN from another country store? Will be any consequences for doing that? Because it will solve the problem with restricted payment. Or perhaps with the help of VPN someone could just gift the game?

Hey @prokapustish using a VPN to access another store can result in your account being actioned as it is a breach of the TOS you agreed.

Using a VPN to access another regions store is a breach of the EA TOS you would have agreed @prokapustish: https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC

 

  • Attempt to use an EA Service on or through any service that is not controlled or authorized by EA, or otherwise intentionally obfuscate your network connection or location or other metadata to gain access to an EA Service, make purchases, or otherwise access an EA Service.

Hello there.

 

After half a year of Russia's unprovoked invasion of the territory of Ukraine, all prices for games in Origin are set in rubles. On Steam, Uplay, Epic Games Store price tags are in UAH. Even broken EGS had prices in UAH ever since platform opening a few years back. Why doesn't EA even care? This is a huge problem that had been discussed lots of times with no reaction from EA.

 

Dozens of threads are created regarding this issue, and nobody pays attention.

We demand an extensive answer why the currency is still in rubles. When will this change? Why, after half a year and dozens of requests, EA absolutely ignores this issue? There shouldn't be any excuse for that sort of SHAME.

Another response in style: "passed to a guy above".

 

What's the point of forwarding your feedback, if your management doesn't give any feedback regarding this issue in half a year? This has been forwarded to your management or to whoever you are sending this for multiple times during the last 6 months, apart from all previous attempts. And SILENCE in response, no efforts being made.

 

If your management is not sufficiently qualified or authorized to solve something in at least 6 months (much longer in fact), then pass it on to those who are able to do something or at least give their contacts for direct communication.

 

P.S. And I would like to emphasize once again that platforms like Steam, Uplay and EGS provide pricing in UAH with zero isssues. What's the problem with Origin?
