Hi Support,
After contacting EA support with so many attempts, EA support refused to help me. I will explain my case in detail and you guys judge if I have the right or not.
On January 2023 someone gained access into my PC and he hacked my gmail account, this gmail have both EA and Epic account and my Epic linked into my EA account.
the hacker changed both EA and Epic account email and password and he unlinked my Epic account from my EA account.
when I noticed that he hacked me via seeing epic and EA change email and password in my inbox, I directly contacted EA and Epic and I succsefully restored both account after providing accurate information for both accounts.
My issue now is my Epic account is linked to another EA account "hacker EA account", and when I want to launch any EA title from Epic launcher, the program enable me to open the EA account that the epic linked to, so basically now I am playing on the hacker EA account, So i contacted EA support and told them about my Issue, also as i am the owner of the epic account, i contacted Epic support and i requested an email from them that state that i am the owner of the account, this just to prove to EA support that i am the owner of the Epic account and i want to link it back to my EA account.
So EA support refused to link it back to my EA account because they told me that they can't change anything without verifying the EA account that the epic account linked it to,
and this is completely not logical because EA support want me to verify the hacker account and this is impossible, keep in mind that i sent all email regards recovery of both EA and epic accounts. and they still refusing my request. i respect EA policy for player protection, but this is a special case, i provided emails from both EA and Epic about my account when it was hacked, i provide evidence for all the information and my statement.
Now I am disappointed and left playing my EA games. thank you EA for not doing anything to us. most of your advisors are robot and they just copy and paste the same paragraph.

I am from Iraq and the phone option is not available to me, it's not US and Canada Users, regard talking into chat advisor, i contacted EA support so many times and they all saying the same statement which is i need to verify the EA account that the epic linked to it. currently i sent email to EA support and i attached all evidence , also attached email from epic that saying this is my account and this is my email.
please advice...

Phone and chat are available all around the world and not just in the US and Canada.
