I am trying to log onto live chat to discuss XP from EA play. On any device or browser I am finding the same problem, it is now allowing me to select a platform so I am unable to start the chat. This means I can get no support on the issue?

Tested this just now @bigpapashango and not seeing an issue, can you try a different browser to see what happens?

Changed from Chrome to new browser and still the same. The drop down menu is not working it seems. It just comes up with example but doesnt allow me to select anything.

Testing it @bigpapashango and letting me create a case. Also not seeing other reports of this so most likely something on your side.

Can you try a different device to test?

@EA_Darko Yeah I have tried on my phone and on my pc. Same issue on both, not sure what the issue is.

@EA_Darko perhaps you could actually help with my query. I have subscribed to EA play in order to get the XP boost to complete the level 30 for the season. I have not received this reward through as of yet. I understand there may be an issue with it, but I was keen to find out if there is any idea of a fix?
