EA Help linked PSN account

For starters your website sucks. I had to search the Internet to even GET an email despite your website offering suggestions to simply email. By the time I jumped off the Hamster Wheel that is your Website/Account Help I was half tempted to forego ANY EA products moving forward.

I would like the following RESOLVED:

Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account lAscended_Onel already linked to your EA Account for 53*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime.

For more info, visit EA Help.

Your EA Help link is crap. It was the beginning of 1.5 hours of my life I will never get back!

Hey @MaddMaxx70,

The help site channels will largely depend on which options were selected, as not every issue is one with which our advisors are able to assist. Sorry to hear you've been stuck trying to get some support here.

The message you mentioned indicates your PSN account is linked to an older deactivated EA account.

If you're trying to get that linked to a new account instead, the support team will need to help get that older account info updated to something you're able to access.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
