EA Customer Service is useless

I've been trying to get help from EA Customer Service for over a month! Finally after 3 and half weeks they reply and say they can only help through online chat or requesting a call. They give me steps to do this however when I follow said steps there is no chat option and the request a call option is greyed out. I tell them this and ask for help through email but they seem to simply copy and paste the same response and make no effort to actually help. They say its for security reasons, but leave me no other way to make contact. I really like playing the Simpson's game and have been since the beginning, but I'm unable to continue playing because of my issue in the game and EA is making getting this resolved incredibly difficult and frustrating. I'm not sure anyone here will help but I'm trying any method I can to get a resolution and have someone listen. Does anyone have a number I can call to talk to EA so I can finally get some help? Again the chat is not even an option that is shown to me and requesting a call will not let me complete the process as it is always greyed out. So don't provide those as options!

Try using Skype to call EA to resolve this. Download skype to your PC or smartphone/device. Voice over IP service to UK Skype chat: +44 203 0141818

Also, if you are trying to contact them on a smart device instead of a pc, that is why your not getting the live chat option.
