Dont have access to email i used to sign up for EA account

I submitted a ticket an hour ago and no pop up window for chat has appeared, I deleted the email some years ago when i created the account its linked to my xbox and i wanna unlink it and move it to another EA account but i dont have the email to get the security code

Have you any browser extension running that may block popups @Furry_Hunter_007?
