Don't remember my email addres nor password for old account with BF3

Lately I had urge to play BF3, but it was on my old Origin account to with I haven't had password nor I remembered email addres. I still have code for game and I know account display name - KahjingaPL. On account should be games like Dragon Age: Origins, Plants vs Zombie, cause they were for free once. I would like to transfer BF3 to my current account or be able to reuse my code once.

The problem is I can't really phone, cause at the moment I can't use my smartphone. Isn't there a way to contect throught email or something?
