Different contact option not available?

I wanted to have a live chat with an advisor, but I couldn't because the option was unavailable, although 4-3 days ago I could, and I had that option but now it disappeared? I was told there was a specific time where advisors are available but if anyone can inform me about the timings again with the timezone it'd be great! live chat isnt available for all  support categories so please try a different approach on clicking through the  specifying page in order to get livechat.

@BabyhuehnchenThanks for the reply, although 3-4 days ago I did the SAME thing, same categories, same game, everything was the same but for some reason, this time it does not seem to work? I have checked my previous cases and tried to "resume" them but it still did not give me the live chat option? I am quite confused because I have heard that  there are only specific times where they actually have livechat available.

@IIPrest0nII Thanks for the reply, I have checked the thread you gave me and it told me to clear my cookies and disable ad-block etc, I followed all the steps but the option for live chat still does NOT seem to be visible for me? Is there possibly any solution for this?
