I also have a perma ban problem, i was banned for toxicity instead of cheating which i admit i am kind of in the wrong and i did some toxcitiy due to me being baited by a troll/griefer but a permanent ban isn't a justified punishment in both my opinion and any other human being.
Lets imagine a scenario where a person is being punished for stealing bread and that punishment is the death sentence, ridiculous right? Same thing happened to me, i know that i deserve some sort of punishment like a suspension or being muted in chat for a couple of weeks but nope, EA Team robots says im getting permanently banned, after spending hundreds of hours into the game while also having multiple EA Products, EA rewarded me this.
I have created multiple disputes but in all of those disputes, its almost like no human have responded to mine, its like the email that i've recieved from EA is bot generated.
I have made multiple disputes saying that i deserve to get punished for toxicity (Which i do deserve) but i believe a perma ban is way way too much of a punishment and i've said that to the EA Team robots. I even begged to these robots to get me my account back but no hope. I have come on a good faith, looking for a compromise and still nothing.
