Can't get in contact with EA Support

Why can I not open a new support case? I have been trying for the past week to get in contact with someone on the support side of EA regarding linking my EA account to my steam account. There's an unknown EA account linked to my steam and I'm trying to get it removed, but there's no one to talk to? What the hell EA?

I click that link and it immediately brings me to the help home screen.
