Can not access forums for Star Wars Rise to Power

I have registered here almost a week ago and still I am not able to access the forums. My user name at East and in game are different but use the same email.  Any assistance would be appreciated. I also can not post to forums here in Answers HQ but can create new topics?!?

You mention not being able to reply, where was this? Did you get an error message? Can you post now?

Hey, I am also experiencing this issue. I am logged in to what I believe is the correct account but still receive the access denied message when I try to redirect in game. I'm not sure what else I can do on my end.

@jbagg753 Hey, are you trying to log in with the account you used to play the Alpha? I can't see the game on your account, perhaps there was a mixup and if you relog you'll be able to see the board.
