Can no longer access my EA account

A few months back I went on battlefront 2 and was met with a message saying I need to reset my password for my EA account, the email is not one I recognise, ending in @elmpro.com, obviously this email is not one I’ve ever used so I’m stuck with a dead EA account essentially.

I’ve just been on the chat option and was told as I can’t provide enough information about the account I can’t change anything about it, so I’m essentially left with an account I can’t use so I can no longer play online with most EA games. 

I would try the call option but it’s only available for US and Canada
