I had the same problem, and support said it couldn't be done either. I had linked my BF2 account years ago to one email, but I linked Dragon Age : Origins and a few other games to another email. So later on when Origin converted emails into accounts, my games weren't linked and on seperate accounts. I lost access to my gamer names in Battlefield, because I couldn't delete soldiers to add them to my current account. This is like a year or two later, and it's still really annoying.

I have 2 Origin Accounts ( Saher_Nasser and ps_prince 3 ) and 2 PSN Accounts ( Saher_Nasser and ps_prince3 ) also ... I linked the 2 PSN accounts with the Origin Account : ps_prince3 , I want to dislink the PSN account Saher_Nasser to link it to the Origin account ( Saher_Nasser )
It's the same problem I think , u got any solution yet ??

After more than two months without any kind of reaction, despite asking for a statement every couple of weeks, my ticket has been closed claiming that
The case has been closed for one of the following reasons:
- The issue you reported has since been resolved in a more recent Help Case.
- The issue reported has been resolved by an update to the product.
Note that this is was my only ticket.
Now, in their infinite generosity, they say that I can contact the help center again, should I feel that my case doesn't belong in the above criteria. Great.
If I ask you to merge two of my accounts, how on earth would it be solved in a product update? And how would it be solved in a more recent case, if there was only one case?
Now, I know customer support is hard and you try to close tickets as quick as possible. But not even making a "nope, can't do that" statement, no matter how wrong that would be, and then leaving a ticket lying around like a tumbleweed and closing it without ever in any way interacting with the customer? That's... well I won't use bad words here, don't want to get banned from playing my games, after all.
Add to that that I first have to fiddle around with language settings to even get to the point where the "contact support" buttons are not disabled, I'd say that this is pretty much the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had similar experiences when having to contact EA support several years ago because of a different problems, and I'm disappointed to see that apparently it hasn't changed a bit.
Don't worry, supporters, I won't bother you again. I'm not going to waste more time and energy trying to get any sort of answer out of you, because I just have better things to do. I'll just have to live with two accounts.

Hey. I've had 2 accounts since Origin came out now. Both have quite a few games on them.
Games on my old account:
BF:BC2
Crysis
Crysis Warhead
Crysis 2
Fifa 11
Games on my new account
BFBC2 (Yeah I bought it again because it was on sale and I really wanted to play without having to switch accounts all the time.
Battlefield 3
Fifa 12
Fifa 13
Burnout Paradise
NFS Hot Pursuit
NFS Shift
NFS Shift 2
I've been playing on your Origin for around 3 years now. Please EA could merge these accounts without losing my games?

I wrote a ticket 10 days ago. No reaction.
I have the same problem: one account created on PC before Origin and I'm using it with origin, another one on xbox wiith the different e-mail. As I wanted to log in under my "PC" account on xbox, I've got a message "Your password don't match. But it works on pc. Dumb system and no answers from support... Sad. mileyfrustrated:

I want to merge two of my accounts but I seem to find no where to do it, there is no live chat anywhere that keeps being mentioned. ea help directs me to here everytime. Do EA even have a customer services??
