Stats won't be transferred however it's possible for games to be transferred to another account because I have done it before. It can only be done through their support hotline but you can try talking to their support through live chat however it's likely that they will just refer you to call to their hotline instead because they take these kind of stuff seriously.

i want to merge my 2 account too,

one linked to my xbox live accounts  and purchased The SIms 4
one is my old accounts that i registered all my The Sims 3 Games on it

Hey bud, did you consider the fact that you can always copy and past all your saves to a back usb and then transfer them to the games if the save are lost

How do you go about contacting ea support?? I need to merge my accounts and so far haven't found an answer
