@lunatic311 If you contact another EA Game Advisor, after they verified that you indeed had purchased premium on your other account, they will be able to transfer it as well for you.

I didn't buy it directly from Origin. I bought a serial/product key then activated it on my other account. would that be a problem?

Just got my accounts merged (had one game BFBC2 only and moved it to the other account) via a chat. Was no problems and friendly service. I've lost all my unlocks for that game but I was warned and I have accepted that. At least, now I have one account with all my games. Thanks.

It is definitely possible via chat. All I had to do was verify ownership of the account by answering my security questions.

I see that a lot of y'all are having issues with merging two accounts. I have merged my accounts before. I contacted EA through Live Chats and most of them told me it wasn't possible and/or it would take 12-14 days. I contacted EA multiple times on this topic. I never had success at getting help through a Live Chat so I finally just had EA call me. I was able to talk to some one and have the accounts merged right there. There was no "it's impossible" or wait. I provided EA with the information they needed and my accounts were merged within minutes.

I'm aswell thinking on merge two accounts, but I'm in a nasty situation:
- My main account, which I have all of my games and friends, is banned for unknown reason (I might being hacked, but I don't really know), and I can't play any game in my main account.
- I'm making a secondary account for FIFA 15.
Question is: once my main account gets unbanned, will I be able to merge both account with no problems? Will I keep the achievements and level for all games?
Thanks.

I contacted EA in chat, and I was informed that I could indeed have my two accounts merged. The merge will result in games moved from the old account to the new one (your main account) but progress will be reset in all games.

This in infuriating! I'm following so many posts trying to figure out how to contact an EA rep and nothing is working. I've even selected the game and follow through to step 4 where there are no contact options at all. There's got to be a better way to contact someone!
