Can EA unlink my account from Xbox

So I have access to my EA account but the email that it's connected to I don't have. I'm hoping to either change the email to the email that I actually have access to or if EA could unlink my account from my Xbox account.

Before they can help you they'll need to ask you some account related questions in order to verify you as the account owner, so try to have some of that information on hand.
