I recently tried to download Origin on my computer from the origin webpage. I was thinking that it would be a relatively simple thing to download, but I'm experiencing problems when I try to install it. As soon as I click to open up the setup file the Origin page appears, and then immediately starts blinking black and white and does not stop. Also, since I know I'll get questions about it, my system meets all the needed requirements and I'm on Windows 10. I have run it on administrator and cleared the .exe to bypass my firewall, I also have all updated all my drivers and tried to download it multiple times.
Why is this happening?

Ok @globalwarfareuk this is your ''problem''
If you install two antivirus programs and of course you want both of them active, it's not good, because every program wants to stay at the gate of the internet to defend your PC. It's as if there are two drivers at a single wheel and everyone wants to drive.
You have :
adaware antivirus
RogueKiller
I think you want to "blow in a yogurt" as you say, but a good antivirus is enough, there is no point in putting the computer in vain, working more with two weapons for the same enemies!
Choose only one of them, the other one uninstall.
Then ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client to the exclusion list.Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed portshttp://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1
Add antivirus exclusions (exceptions) specific files Origin, folders Origin or file extensions origin.ex from scanning.(very important to do )

Hi @TheGrandDuke21, @globalwarfareuk
You need to close Origin.
Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.
Restart your machine and check.
NOTE if your issue persist perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/.

Right click the Origin application and then go to "Compatibility". Make sure nothing is checked. If you have, just remove them.
Restart your machine and check.
EDIT: @globalwarfareuk if your issue persist :
Use System File Checker (SFC) to repair any damaged system file https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
You need to run the command sfc /scannow around three times to fix all the problems. If you have installation media, such as a DVD, you might have it available, just in case SFC wants to replace a damaged file.

I've done everything mentioned and I am still getting this annoying thing, I wonder why this is so buggy!
I also have two programs that refuse to disable when I try to clean boot, they are "svcvmx" & "Cpx", I have no idea what they are.

After a quick google search for "svcvmx" & "Cpx", I found out it is a malware. Is reported and classified as malicious program (malware for Phishing ).
Where did you get it? It could be a fake email message that appears to be originated from Microsoft Customer Service, eBay, PayPal, Amazon, or even your bank or insurance company.
You are lucky that the Origin platform is well set up, because it's trying to steal your data from here (Origin) but can not .Because of this ,you have problems with Origin.
You can try to run Malwarebytes.
