Bioware points purchase not working?

For the last hour or so I've been trying to purchase Bioware points. It switches up a bit every time, but the loading screen always gets stuck before I can actually, you know, buy the points. As you can imagine, this sucks, because I'd like to use those points to actually buy a DLC and continue playing.

The most annoying part is that I don't even get an error message - it just loads and loads and loads and loads. 15 minutes is the maximum amount of time I waited before terminating the connection myself - and I can guarantee it isn't a network issue.

Anyone else having the same problem?

@mangomunkki You posted this in the forum of A Way Out, which doesn't support BioWare points. I moved it to the Origin subforum.
